About me
I am an accredited UKCP psychotherapist, also registered with BACP. In my practice I offer a warm and supportive space, where we can work together to develop and deepen your understanding of yourself and the difficulties you are facing. I offer help in relation to a wide range of challenges, and support my clients to identify and make the changes in life they desire.
My approach focusses on exploring the way you see the world, building your insight into how your past might be effective in your present, and discovering what it is you truly want for your self and your future.
I hold two masters level trainings in therapeutic support, including an MSc in psychotherapy. My trainings allow me to integrate a variety of therapeutic theory and principles together with my primarily psychodynamic modality, to enhance and tailor my approach in working with you as an individual. I believe the time we spend together should work hard for you and for your future. To me this is about ensuring you feel safe enough to share anything you might wish to, and supported in finding a way forward from where you feel stuck.
I have practice experience of working with people of all ages, in schools, care homes, charitable settings and private practice. I have also worked as researcher and consultant on mental health initiatives including the Conservation for Wellbeing project. Currently, I work as a Psychological Therapist at the Fire Fighters Charity as well as in private practice in West Sussex.
