I am an accredited UKCP psychotherapist, also registered with BACP. In my practice I offer a warm and supportive space, in which we can work together to develop and deepen your understanding of yourself and the difficulties you are facing. I offer help in relation to a wide range of challenges, and support my clients to identify and make the changes in life they desire.
My approach focusses on exploring the way you see the world, building your insight into how your past might be effective in your present, and discovering what it is you truly want for your self and your future.
